Each order is carefully packed to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Tracking details will be shared once your order has shipped.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt. Once an RMA is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

(Condition): Items must be in new condition with original tags and packing slips.

(Shipping Costs): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We only provide a pre-paid label if we shipped the wrong item.

(Non-Returnable Items): Personalized/Monogrammed/Special orders.
Items with normal wear and tear.

(Damaged or Wrong Items): Final sale (Exchange only if damaged).
- Reporting: Notify us of damaged items within 2 days (3 days for clearance items).
- Resolution: Damaged items are eligible for exchange only, no refunds.

(Lost Packages & Shipping):

- Domestic (US): If lost in transit: We will reship the order.
- If marked "Delivered": No reshipment. To file a claim, you must provide a police report/case number and Photo ID within 2 days.
- International: Delivery can take up to 60 days.
- The recipient is responsible for all customs duties/fees.
- Lost claims require a local police report and 120 days to process. No refunds; reshipment only if the claim is approved.
- Unclaimed Packages: No refunds are provided if a package is returned because the recipient failed to pick it up from the courier.
