Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your Tamimi Home Decor purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new, unassembled, and unused condition, with all original tags, packing slips, and original packaging included.
- Custom, personalized, special-order, clearance, and holiday items, as well as items showing normal wear and tear, are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our support team at Info@tamimi-home.com or SMS/WhatsApp/Phone: +962777713331 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent back to us without an approved RMA cannot be accepted.
- Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee.
- Please note that we do not offer direct item exchanges at this time.
- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed.
Damages and Issues
- We pack every piece with care, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To help us expedite your claim, kindly include clear photos or a brief video of the damage in your initial message.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your package is missing, please contact us immediately. To file a formal claim for a stolen package, we require a police report (or case number) and a copy of your Photo ID within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We cannot issue refunds for packages that are returned to us due to being unclaimed by the recipient or due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
